In a multidisciplinary team of SW en HW developers you’re responsible for development/implementation of a Graphical user interface (GUI).
This GUI is driven by an embedded platform.
The platform is based on a low end microprocessor running Linux.
In a first phase you will perform a feasibility exercise to prove QT is the right technology to implement the desired design and behavior set out by our design people. When QT proves to be acceptable you will further detail and implement all screens and interfaces with the lower layers. Of course you perform this task in close collaboration with the other team members.

Technical knowledge and experience
- Excel in QT(4) development (tools, environments,…) with proven track record in high-end user interface design on embedded systems
- In depth knowledge of limitations and abilities of QT on an embedded target.
- Experience in handheld- and small-resources platforms (e.g. mobile phones, handhelds, pda’s, …).
- Experience with fancy but low memory GUI’s with effects comparable to Iphone.
- Experience in building Linux applications (environment, tools,…)
- Fair knowledge of open VG
